Shipping policy

1. Made-to-Order Production

Many of our products are handcrafted and manufactured specifically for each order. Estimated production and shipping dates are estimates only and may change due to:

  • Artisan production schedules
  • Availability of raw materials
  • Quality control requirements
  • Seasonal demand
  • Shipping and customs delays
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Because products are made to order, cancellations will not be accepted within 30 days of the scheduled ship date unless approved in writing by Bohogril.

2. Shipping

Bohogril reserves the right to select the shipping carrier and shipping method unless alternative routing instructions are agreed upon in writing before shipment.

Shipping charges are invoiced separately and are payable by the Customer.

All orders are shipped from India.

The ship date represents the date on which merchandise leaves our warehouse. It does not represent the delivery date.

Typical transit times are approximately 10–14 business days after shipment; however, delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be delayed due to customs inspections, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, carrier delays, governmental actions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Bohogril shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.

3. Order Changes & Cancellations

Any request to modify or cancel an order must be submitted in writing to:

Order changes or cancellations become effective only after written approval from Bohogril.

  • Backordered merchandise may ship within 30 days of the original scheduled shipment date.
  • Orders that have entered production or are already in transit cannot be cancelled.
  • Refunds will not be issued solely because merchandise ships as a backorder within the permitted period.

Customers refusing delivery remain responsible for:

  • Original shipping charges
  • Return freight charges
  • Applicable restocking fees
  • Any additional costs incurred by Bohogril
