All returns require prior written approval and a valid RMA. To request an RMA, contact info@bohogirl.us or (+1) 917-261-3001. Returns without an authorized RMA may be refused.

Claims for damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery, and supporting photos may be required.

Approved returns must be shipped within 14 days of RMA issuance and must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns that are damaged, worn, washed, altered, or require additional processing may incur up to a 50% restocking fee or be refused.

As a wholesale supplier, Bohogril does not provide cash refunds. Approved claims will be resolved, at our discretion, through a replacement, merchandise credit, partial credit, repair, or another appropriate solution. Merchandise credits are valid for 12 months.

Our products are handcrafted using natural materials. Minor variations in color, texture, size, weave, or finish are a normal part of the handmade process and are not considered defects or eligible for return, exchange, or credit.

All Bohogril products are handcrafted and made to order. Production, shipping, and delivery dates are estimates only and may vary due to material availability, production schedules, quality control, customs, carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

All orders ship from India. The ship date is the date your order leaves our warehouse and is not the delivery date. Typical transit time is 10–14 business days after shipment but is not guaranteed.

Order changes or cancellations must be requested in writing at info@bohogirl.us and are subject to Bohogril's written approval. Orders within 30 days of the scheduled ship date, in production, or already shipped cannot be cancelled. Customers who refuse delivery remain responsible for all shipping, return freight, restocking fees, and any additional costs incurred.
